When you identify the property right for you, I review the contract with you as well as the comparable sales in the area.
I negotiate the offer with the seller's agent.
Upon offer acceptance, I open and manage the escrow process.
During the escrow process, I do all within my power to assist you in discovering all there is to know about your property, so that you can make a good decision.
For my Sellers-
My job is to provide you with a market analysis and comparable sales so that we can price your property correctly.
I then discuss my Proven Marketing Plan with you, dicusssing the timing, advertising, open houses, photo tours, signage and many other points.
Upon receipt of an offer, I verify, personally, with the buyer's lender that they are qualified to make the purchase.
I coordinate all the inspection and mandatory disclosure paperwork required.
I keep, you the seller, informed on a daily basis as to the progress of the deal.
I manage the escrow process from start to finish, so that you can get your money as timely as possible.
